I had a fantastic experience buying my bridal shoes from Lace & Favour. Having looked at their stock online I decided to make an appointment at the Crowborough store and I’m so glad I did. Stephanie was brilliant, very friendly and relaxed and had great tips on what would work with my dress. I found a perfect pair that are comfortable and so elegant and classic! Definitely worth the long drive to be able to try on different styles and find something perfect. Highly recommend!

So happy with my bridal shoes! I’m not local to the shop so ordered online. Due to my fitting date, I only had a few days to get hold of my shoes, which caused a lot of stress as all the other stockists could only deliver in 5-7 days time. Lace & Favour were the only place who had them in stock so I paid for next day delivery and left a note on the order explaining the fitting situation. I don’t know if this made a difference but I got an email by 9am the next day saying they’d been dispatched 🩷 They arrived the day before my fitting and I was so relieved! The shoes themselves are beautiful and there was a good selection on the website.

Amazing selection of bridal shoes - I was really nervous about getting my wedding shoes as I have really wide feet and wanted to try on a whole selection. This was the only place where I could make an appointment and try on multiple styles. Really friendly service when onsite. Not only did I find my dream pair of wedding shoes, I also purchased a bespoke birdcage veil and hair pins.

I bought a couple of pair of wedding shoes from Lace and favour to try and I fell in love with the detail on one of them (see pics) the shoes were so comfy the right heel height and felt so snug on my feet! Which really helped when walking in them! I felt very secure and that I wouldn’t topple over in them! Definitely worth the money! Every time I had a question or query I message on Instagram and they got back to me very quickly! I also found the perfect bracelet from them too! I love the variety of what they sell already recommended to my friend who is getting married next year!

Customer service team are excellent. No issue is exchanging for a small size. Having bad ankles I spent alot of time looking into the right shoe for myself as I'd be wearing them for over 12 hours. They fitted perfectly, great support, felt safe in the that I wasn't going to fall. The hidden platform in the COCO shoe gave me the height without the pain. Brilliant quality of shoe and look even more clean and excellent in person.

Flimsy quality, items break easily. Bought my cousin a bracelet for her graduation and it broke within 2 days. I emailed to complain and get a refund and have just been ignored. Company is a scam

Absolutely awful customer service, making something that’s meant to be and enjoyable a bad experience. I attempted to book multiple dates, but told they double booked then promised to check availability never got back to me- despite reading my messages!
